Q1. Can I return a product if I’ve opened or used it?

No, only sealed and unused products in
their original packaging are eligible for return. Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards.

Q2. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

Q3. How long do I have to request a return?

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.

Q4. Who pays for the return shipping?

If the error is ours (damaged, defective, or wrong product), PERIUS covers return
shipping. For other approved returns, the customer may need to handle the
courier charges.

Q5. Can dealers return stock?

Yes, but only if the products are sealed, unused, and resalable. No returns
on opened or damaged dealer stock. Also, all previous order bills must be
cleared
before processing returns.

Q6. How often should I use the Perius Anti-Acne Face Wash?

For best results, use it twice daily – once in the morning and once at night. It’s formulated to gently cleanse and treat acne without over-drying your skin.

Q7. Can I apply the Perius Brightening Face Serum during the day?

Yes, apply it after cleansing and before sunscreen. It’s safe for both morning and
evening use. Just don’t skip sunscreen during the day as it contains active
brightening ingredients.

Absolutely. It’s designed with a non greasy,
matte finish
that works perfectly for oily and combination skin. It also layers well under makeup.
